There’ll be 2 million cans of Coors Light beer emblazoned with the Saratoga 150 logo -- celebrating 150 years of the Saratoga Race Course—the result of the MillerCoors and DeCrescente Distributing Company sponsoring Saratoga 150.
Packaging on the special Coors’ 18 packs and 6 packs feature the thoroughbreds racing around America’s oldest track, established in 1863.
At the historic Saratoga track, there will be about 10,000 Saratoga 150 commemorative glasses served at select locations for consumers to take home when they order a Coors Light.
And, throughout the Capital Region, there will be in-market banners, pub signs and billboards. DeCrescente also has made arrangements for the Coors/Saratoga 150 glassware, posters and T-shirts displayed and handed out to consumers in bars and restaurants throughout the summer.

In partnerships with Townsquare Media (WGNA, WQBJ/WQBK and WTTM), MillerCoors and DeCrescente will have a Silver Seats promotion, a 150 Anniversary Throwback Party and a Coors Light Pick 4 Sweepstakes. The Silver Seats is a consumer contest where they may enter to win prime seats branded for Coors light throughout the entire race season. The Throwback Party, hosted on the Clubhouse Porch, will have guests dress as one would have back in the 1800s when the track opened. The Pick4 Sweepstakes is a contest in which consumers will collect numbers to match the date when Saratoga Race Course opened. Those who collect all four stickers that are labeled 1, 8, 6 and 3 win $1,863.
