NYC's very own High River Sauces proudly presents the 2nd Annual New York City Hot Sauce Expo at Penn Plaza Pavilion on Saturday, March 29 & Sunday, March 30, 2014. Following last year's wildly successful debut, the Hot Sauce Expo 2014 returns with 45 of North America's finest artisanal sauce proprietors joining forces for the premier hot sauce event of the year. On-site at the Hot Sauce Expo (March 30, 4 PM), Guinness Book of Records judges the most-anticipated fiery professional eating contest, PuckerButt Pepper Company's "The Smokin' Ed's Carolina Reaper Eating Challenge." Guinness World Records recently awarded Smokin' Ed's Carolina Reaper with the title of the "World's Hottest Pepper"; the single winner will be the "World Record" holder for eating the most Carolina Reaper peppers in 60 seconds.
