RealBeanz, the ready-to-drink gourmet iced coffee company, has announced the addition of Phillip Gates to its executive team, to serve as vice president of national accounts, overseeing development and growth for the brand.
Gates recently joined RealBeanz with over two decades of experience in the consumer goods industry, most recently serving as national director of convenience store sales for Killer Buzz Beverages. In this role, Gates managed all major national accounts as well as developed and implemented distribution programs for the company’s convenience store network. In addition to his position at Killer Buzz Beverages, Gates has worked with consumer brands such as Everlast, Spitz/PepsiCo, Quaker Oats/Gatorade, Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream and M&M/Mars, among others.
Gates joins the team as RealBeanz continues to aggressively expand distribution throughout the United States and launches its first-ever marketing and advertising campaign this summer. In his new role, Gates will be responsible for exceeding profitable revenue growth as well as actively participating in the planning and sales processes to generate new opportunities.
