Milk Stout Nitro

Left Hand Brewing Co. Longmont, Colo.

Left Hand Brewing Co. brings its draught beer Milk Stout Nitro to consumers in a bottle. Intended to replicate the draught beer that fans are familiar with, this dark brew is packaged in a specially designed bottle and has aromas of brown sugar, vanilla cream and hints of roasted coffee, the brewery says, and has a slight hop and roast bitterness in the finish. By using nitrogen instead of CO2, densely packed bubbles create a creamy head on the beer that is long lasting. The brewery plans on rolling Milk Stout Nitro out nationally starting in early 2012.
